Rank ups occur every 60k ZRC, but ends with Dolphin.
An over-rank is defined by gaining 60k ZRC *after* achieving Dolphin
For example:
240k Dolphin
300k Dolphin x2
360k Dolphin x3
420k Dolphin x4
etc.

So to all the Dolphins, how many times have you over-ranked?
