I'm seeing so many saying buffering and not loading somebody try this and say if it works [It worked for me personally] : I'm using chrome browser :

Goto Settings > Privacy and security > Security > If u scroll up u can see 'Select DNS provider' . It is usually set to OS Default . Change it to Cloudfare(1.1.1.1).

Close the browser , reopen it try again.
If this too didnt work : [Try this only if u remember ur account login and password]
in settings search 'Third-party cookies' select 'See all site data and permissions'
in that delete the hianime.to cookies or any other hianime website cookies ur using . Then reopen the website u'll be logged out this time login again . These are the only things i know which can work ;
