need help guys [non related to anime [about WORKOUT] ]

Then the help i need :
Guys i am a skinny guy [55-60 kg , 172 cm]
I recently wanted to start doing daily workout , i am just doing workout at home [I have no equipment] i successfully did 2 days workout , after 1st day i had pain in like upper arm [bicep] and thighs and i just thought its normal , yesterday was day 2 , and today iam having pains in triceps and thighs , like i cant lift my arm above my shoulder height [i can but its painful] , and thigh pain during downstairs , not too intense pain that i cant move or do my daily works but intense enough that i'm worried about it
I just want to know if thats normal or since i am just doing workout and not actually changed my diet [daily curry , rice , morning tea and glass milk before workout [evening] ] , so is it normal or is my muscle getting eaten by my body because of my sudden body workout . i asked ChatGpt but its answers feel like they are sugar coated like its telling me make me feel good . AND also if u can suggest me any homemade protien / high calory recepies , Thats all THANK YOU :)
