Okay Everyone. 30 Mins a day. Monday, upper body. Tuesday Core. And Wednesday Lower Body. Thursday Break, Friday Upper body, Saturday Core, Sunday Lower Body. You Understand? 30 mins a day all it takes. every Thursday Say completed I wanna see HOW long you guys can go. (99 percent of yall gonna be lazy or incapable of basic exercise and if your honestly that lazy... can you even be considered a Man? Cause honestly if you that lazy your Pushing more so Parasite.) :D
