ok look hear me out
this is not ragebait or some contrarian take for likes or whatever
zenitsu is genuinely one of my fav characters ever and idc if ppl think that's insane

i know most ppl hated him at first (same tbh), like yeah the screaming, the simping, the crying - it’s A LOT, even i was like “bro what is this clown doing in demon slayer”

but then?? idk man over time he started to grow on me, like… a lot
and then the more we got his backstory, his moments, even just the way he reacts to stuff i weirdly started to relate to him
like i’m talking full-on "oh g0d wait this is actually me irl" kind of relate

yeah yeah locked-in thunder *** mode zenitsu is sick, i like him for that too but
i like the whiny, unserious, ridiculous zenitsu — BECAUSE he’s all that

here’s why i rock with him so hard:

- bro is NOT brave at all. straight up tries to dip the second something scary happens. (same honestly lmao)

- man is a walking simp. like he sees a girl and it's immediately "i love you marry me" energy. (also same…unfortunately)

- even tho he’s scared of literally everything, he still tries to protect people he cares about. (heart of gold as me..no cap )

- lazy asf. man will sleep thru his training if he could (me too)

- doesn’t really push himself unless someone forces him to - but he does end up getting stronger. again… me

- he’s dramatic, emotional, loud - but never fake. he’s just raw and real 24/7. no fake deep stuff, just pure same boy inside and out… he’s a guy. a real one. peak character growth
