The third season of Youkoso Jitsuryoku Shijou Shugi no Kyoushitsu e. The third semester kicks off in high gear with a special boot camp deep in the mountains. Forcibly separated into groups along grade and gender lines, the first, second and third years alike must work together to survive the rugged terrain. Even worse? The leader of the group that comes in last will be expelled. Can Class D make it back to campus intact, or is this where they finally say goodbye to one of their own?

Expert gamer Tomozaki Fumiya doesn’t exactly fit in, but he wishes he did. With no written rules for success and gameplay that doesn’t work in his favor, the real world seems impossible for someone like him. But, like any noob, all he really needs are some strategies and a seasoned player like Aoi Hinami to help him. Hopefully with her guidance, Tomozaki will gain the experience he needs.

In Tokyo Fire Department's Fire Academy, a talented new rookie is excelling in the strict and grueling rescue training. With high proficiency in both physical and mental categories, Daigo Toake is envied by one of his peers, Shun Onoda. Despite feeling a growing sense of rivalry, Shun recognizes that a part of his jealousy stems from his admiration for Daigo, and that they will eventually work together for the same noble goal of rescuing people. At the same time, Yuki Nakamura is the only woman among the current batch of recruits. She believes that she will not be outclassed in this male-dominated profession. As the fates of the three newbies intertwine, they may soon realize that the intensity of a real disaster is nowhere near what they have experienced in training. Even so, the heroes in orange will always shine brighter than any fire, saving those in need.
