First all before you all jump my ahh i'd like to clear that i'm not a homophobe, idc if you beleive me or not. So Wind Breaker an anime kinda like TR abt teenage 'delinquet-y' life and fights. S1 was jam packed with action sequences really well animated with slice of life moments in between which imo everyone really liked. Now S2 dropped, Ep 6 dropped, a FULL episode about an irrelevant filler. Controversy being that it was about a Gay character 'tsubaki'. There's an war in the commment section. My opinion- The whole episode was completely shi and dragged to force a narrative, look at it from a neutral perspective- a full 24 min episode about a character who was jst introduced and a random grandpa meanwhile the main crew not even getting an 5 mins backstory. If you say this wasn't forced you are completely biased!! And the execution of this ep was beyond bad too. Imo the only ppl to whom this ep appeases are the ppl who can relate to it and the ppl wanna be a goody 2 shoes which is not the majority as far as i know. What i hate the most is the pro LGBTQ+ activist calling anyone who didn't like it homophobe and asking to drop it saying "you don't get it, go watch smth like SL kid" "this anime is not for you". As a manga reader i'll tell ya that this whole arc is gonna have tsubaki and imo is the worst, forced shi ever. But next arc is gonna be PEAK so bare with it..!
