It was never about how much it is sad or how much this movie can make a person can make him cry.The way this movie portraits the human drama and the cycle of bullying is just mind-blowing. This movie was never about ishida( our main character) to love to our fmc but to love himself from being disgust with his own life. There's a own theory of mine that this movie shows both our mcs deaf. Our fmc is physically deaf and our mc is deaf in symbolic way that he doesn't wanna listen to other people voices. And story of this movie was about ishida, so in the end he was able to escape from that trauma. From a deaf to a lively person.

"IN MY OPINION" Aot has a better story, character writing, charcter development, better writing, more complexity, foreshadowings. One piece has better world building, lore , storytelling.
